The components of this butterfly valve mainly include valve body, butterfly plate, sealing ring, transmission mechanism, etc. The structural design adopts two-dimensional or three-dimensional eccentric principle, and a new process of elastic sealing or hard and soft multi-level sealing compatibility is used to reduce the torque in operation, which is more labor-saving and energy-saving.

Performance Features
1. The cryogenic top entry butterfly valve is designed with double bevel edges and small eccentricity. Its torque reaches the leading level (40%~60% of its peers), and the matching electric and pneumatic prices are very advantageous;
2. The valve seat and sealing ring are designed as separate parts, and the valve has an inspection port for easy maintenance and replacement.
3. The valve plate and valve stem are designed with double keys up and down, which will not get stuck at low temperatures, and have an API 609 anti-flying design;
4. The sealing surface has almost zero wear and a long service life;
5. It has a wide range of applications, including ultra-low temperature devices such as LNG, propylene, and ethylene;
6. It leaks API598 at room temperature and 1/3 of BS6364 at low temperatures. It meets the positive and reverse sealing requirements of BS6364 at low temperatures;
